Group Coaching

Make your journey to your next triathlon fun, engaging and effective by joining WMNS TRI Group Coaching. You can join in for one of the Coaching Groups from our selected events or contact us to set up Coaching Program for your own group.

Group Coaching Includes

1-on-1 coaching call before the start of the program

Training program specific for the goal event suitable for your fitness level (delivered through TrainingPeaks)

 

Group's own page for communication and sharing the highs and lows.
 

Biweekly online coaching sessions where you apply the knowledge to practise straight away. Themes for these sessions include (but are not limited to):

  • Goal setting and planning for success

  • Training zones and application in your training

  • Recovery and nutrition

  • Fuelling

  • Race preparation

  • Swim, bike and run training key principles

WMNS TRI Membership (access to the wide resource bank and WMNS TRI community)

Possible travel plans to the goal event (depending on groups needs and wishes, event or travel costs are not included)
 

Getting together to the start and finish line! What could be more amazing than sharing the whole journey together. And no doubt there will be a great celebration after the event.

Content of the program is influenced by the coaching groups needs and wishes as well as the demands of the goal event. Note that the program duration also varies between different type of events.

2. Apply for the Group

We have a short application form for you to fill to apply for the Coaching Groups. We will contact you after we have reviewed your application to provide more information.

3. Lets Go Team!

We get started with a 1-on-1 coaching call. You get all your questions answered and we'll get to know you. The group has the first Online Coaching Session just before the training program starts.
